The Bill (Reg. No.2102) extends authorities of the special authorized central executive body in charge of civil protection by a right to exercise State supervision over safe conduct of works by the ordinary and managerial personnel of bodies and subdivisions in charge of civil protection.
Pursuant to the Bill, the said body "is to exercise State supervision over safe conduct of works by the ordinary and managerial personnel of bodies and subdivisions in charge of civil protection. The supervision procedure is defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
